How do we reserve our event date? A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit covers pre-event planning, design preparation, and the engraved items selected for personalization at your event. This ensures your date is reserved exclusively and your experience is fully prepared in advance.
Is the deposit refundable? No. The deposit is non-refundable and secures your date, preparation time, product sourcing, and event planning.
When is the remaining balance due? The remaining balance is due 30 days prior of the event date. Final details and timelines are confirmed during the planning process.
Do you travel for events outside Louisville? Yes! Travel outside the Louisville, Kentucky area may require an additional travel fee. We serve Louisville KY, Southern Indiana, and surrounding areas. Travel details are discussed during booking.
