By purchasing from or booking with Embellish My Heart, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
General Orders All orders are processed based on current production times. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and workload.
Custom & Personalized Items All personalized and custom items are made to order. Customers are responsible for ensuring all names, dates, and details are entered correctly at the time of purchase. Due to the custom nature of these items, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once production has begun.
Engraving Services & Customer-Provided Items Customers may provide their own items for engraving. Not all items are suitable for engraving and must be approved in advance. Certain services require approval prior to purchase. Orders placed without prior approval may be canceled.
Glass Engraving & Risk Acknowledgment Due to the nature of engraving on glass and similar materials, there is a small inherent risk of breakage. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Embellish My Heart is not responsible for damage or breakage and does not cover the cost of replacement items.
Local Pickup Certain services require local drop-off and pickup. Details will be provided after purchase.
Live Event Engraving Bookings The following terms apply to all live on-site laser engraving bookings.
Deposits & Payment A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. Dates are not held without a paid deposit. Full payment made within 10 days of booking receives 10 complimentary engraved products.
Cancellations & Rescheduling All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be applied to a new date based on availability, provided written notice is received at least 60 days prior to the original event date. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the event date forfeit the deposit and any payments made.
Event Minimums All live engraving bookings require a minimum of 3 hours. Travel, setup, and teardown are included in your booking.
Travel Embellish My Heart is based in Louisville, Kentucky and serves the greater Louisville area and Southern Indiana at no additional travel charge. Events located more than 50 miles from Louisville are subject to a travel fee, which will be outlined in your proposal.
Venue & Setup Requirements Client is responsible for providing a suitable setup area at the venue including access to a standard electrical outlet. Embellish My Heart is not responsible for delays caused by venue access issues, lack of power, or circumstances outside of our control.
Weather & Force Majeure Embellish My Heart is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In these cases we will work with you to reschedule based on availability.
Item Selection & Guest Count Changes Final item selections and estimated guest counts must be confirmed at least 60 days prior to your event. Significant changes requested after that point may affect pricing and are subject to availability.
Liability Embellish My Heart carries its own equipment and is responsible for its proper use. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to customer-owned items brought in for engraving. Embellish My Heart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of its products or services.
